These terms govern passenger transport services booked through transport-prive.fr. Services are carried out by professional drivers holding the required licences.
A booking becomes firm once we confirm it in writing (by email, SMS or WhatsApp) stating the journey, the time, the vehicle and the price. Any request made through the site is a request for a quote.
Prices displayed on the site are indicative "from" estimates based on approximate road distances. The firm price is given before confirmation and covers fuel, tolls, the scheduled waiting time and luggage. Additional charges may apply for night and public holiday travel, extra waiting time, unplanned stops and parking fees.
Free waiting time: 60 minutes after an international flight lands, 30 minutes for a domestic flight or a train, and 15 minutes for a pick-up at an address. Beyond that, waiting is charged by the hour started.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up. Between 24 and 4 hours before, 50% of the fare may be retained. Less than 4 hours before, or in the event of a no-show, 100%.
Passengers must be at the agreed place and time, must not smoke on board and must wear seat belts. Pets, oversized luggage and dangerous goods must be declared in advance.
We cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure: extreme weather, road closures, strikes or accidents. If we cancel, all sums paid are refunded in full.
Complaints should be sent to contact@transport-prive.fr within 15 days of the service. Failing an amicable settlement, the customer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator. French law applies.
